Practice your instrument flying skills with this handy and detailed IFR trainer for iPhone.
With Interceptions for iPhone you can practice:
- INTERCEPTS: the calculation of interception headings to and from VORs. The exercises are randomly generated and will never go beyond a 90° intercept.
- HOLDING ENTRIES: Calculate randomly generated holding entries. The solution is displayed directly on the instrument, making it easy to visualize the actual holding. Includes calculation of first heading for the entry.

- ANGLE OF LEAD: AoL calculations are also displayed right on the instrument, making it easy to visualize the situation from the aircrafts perspective.
- WIND CORRECTION ANGLE: Visualized WCA calculations, completely with instructions.
Detailed descriptions of all calculations are accessible from directly within the app.

Unfortunately another app that does not allow you to use it freely. it only gives you one scenario and you cannot change it from there this makes no sense.REFUND PLEASE!!
Works pretty fine. Good trainer for basics!
